AAG Church is one of the Evangelical Christian Churches affiliated with the Assemblies of God in USA. It also voluntarily affiliated with the Evangelical Churches in Egypt and Middle East. In the year of 1991, the Church established in Staten Island, New York. Then in 1994 the church moved into its own building in Bayonne, New Jersey.

Finally, in 2004 and because of the expansion in the ministry, the Church moved into other buildings in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

We do believe in the Church organization (one united apostolic church) and we do believe in ordaining PASTORS called from God and consecrated to the ministry of the Word and guardianship. (Acts 14:23) Also, we do believe in ordaining elders to assist the shepherd (The Pastor) in the ministry of guardianship and leadership, and the ordaining of deacons for the ministry of leadership with the pastor and the elders. You might see the following verses: (Acts 14:23, 20:17, 1Timothy 5:17, 3:1-13, 2Timothy 1:6, 1Timothy 4:14, Acts 13:2, Deut 34:9, Numb 27:18, Titus 1:5)

We do believe in Sunday School ministry to raise up our children from infancy in the knowledge of God's Word. (2Timothy 3:14-17)

We do believe that the pastor is the Church's shepherd he is the leader and the spiritual father to all the members. He also, overseer all the different Church's ministries and committees.

We do believe in the organization of the Church board (the Church leadership committee) responsible of ruling and directing the affairs of the Church under the leadership of the pastor. It consists of the pastor who must be the chairman of the board, the secretary, the treasurer with other trustees chosen capable and efficient to cover the different affairs of the church.

We do believe in the importance of tithing to all the local church's members as God urges the heart of the giver so as to maintain God's ministry in accordance to. (Malachi 3:7-10)

We do not accept the principle of division in the Churches and Christianity. But we do love and pray for every other Christian denomination that believes in the "Apostolic Creed of Faith" and the whole Bible truth, the old and the new testament (66 Books). Moreover, we do rejoice in the Lord when ever God blesses any church in any country, nation or tongue through a spiritual revival. We also don't talk against any Church or Christian denomination as the Scriptures says: "If I speak in tongues of men and of angels but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal" (1Corinth 13:1-8)

The qualification of membership:

We do believe in Church's membership as for all who are born of God and belong to a local Church with a strong fellowship and prove to bear fruits of a repentant life, all those who show interest to be members must fill up the Church application. After studying his/her condition by the pastor and the members of the board his membership would be accepted to give him the right of fellowship, the right to be active in one or more services at the Church and the right of voting in the local Church with many other privileges as set forth by the church leadership

Individuals shall be eligible to membership in this Church who give evidence of a personal living faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and who voluntarily subscribe to its tenets of faith and who are in harmony with its practices, and agree to be governed by its constitution and by-lows as herein set forth, and who support the church financially with his tithes in regular bases.

The disqualification and refusal of membership could happen for one of the three reasons:

1. If a member falls into an immoral wicked sin, lives in it without repentance or regret. (1Corinth 5:1-10)

2. If the member starts in believing and spreading strange teachings different than the Church's fundamental ones (16 Tenets of Faith) by which he was accepted as a member. (2Timothy 2:14-26, 2John 10-11)

3. If the member is a trouble maker or a reason for divisions and disunities at the Church.

The Church Finances:

The Church shall be financed according to the Scriptural method by the tithes and offerings of the members and friends of the organization. (Malachi 3:10, Mathew 23:23, Hebrews 7:4-9)

The Church Officers:

The officers of the church shall be The Pastor, three trustees (or multiple thereof - who shall assist the Pastor with regards to the spiritual matters of the Church), the Secretary of the trustees, the Treasurer and Council.

Note: No divorced person shall be permitted to serve as an officer in this Church, unless they have remained single after separated or divorced, but can be accepted in the body of the church as a member if he is qualified for membership according to church constitution.

Finally: we do love everybody with Jesus love and we call everyone to Jesus message which is the message of love.
